Changes to the cellular activation state of your Intwine Connected Gateway can be requested using the Intwine Remote Management Portal.


  1. To do so, simply navigate to the RMP and double click on the Gateway you want to update.
  2. In the top navigation bar select Cellular
  3. The current activation state is shown.
  4. To change the state, click on the drop-down list and choose the desired state.
  5. Once the change is made you have the opportunity to cancel or confirm.
  6. When the request is submitted it will take approximately 24-48 hours for the network carriers to make the change and your system to be updated.
