Changes to the cellular activation state of your Intwine Connected Gateway can be requested using the Intwine Remote Management Portal.
- To do so, simply navigate to the RMP and double click on the Gateway you want to update.
- In the top navigation bar select Cellular
- The current activation state is shown.
- To change the state, click on the drop-down list and choose the desired state.
- Once the change is made you have the opportunity to cancel or confirm.
- When the request is submitted it will take approximately 24-48 hours for the network carriers to make the change and your system to be updated.
