During troubleshooting it is often helpful to be able to view the system logs from the Intwine Connected Gateway.  These logs contain all of the information that Intwine engineers need to be able to quickly resolve your problem.  Follow the steps below to download them in a compressed format so that they can be sent to support@intwineconnect.com.

1. Login to the Local Configuration Webapp (need help?).

2. After you login to the Web App, go to Status menu and select Log

4. Click on 'Download Log File' and send it to the folks at Support!
