Sometimes it is necessary to move the Local Configuration Webapp's port to a different value (e.g. instead of port 80 use port 8080). You'd generally want to do this if you have a downstream device that runs a webserver that you have forwarded port 80 to in order to enable remote access to the downstream device.
To change the Webapp port, connect to the Webapp then:
- Hover your cursor over System and then select Admin Access.
- Change the HTTP Service Port to your new desired value (e.g. 8080), then press Apply.
Note that once this change is made you will need to reconnect to the system using the new port value. For example http://192.168.2.1:8080
