When you are attempting to connect to the local configuration webapp on the ICG-150 the page will show that you've entered the correct username and password by briefly displaying the message shown below

Typically the page would then reload and display the System Status page.


However, we've seen instances where the application will timeout and return you to the login page.  It will then prompt you again for login credentials.  This is typically due to an issue with the cookies used by the webapp.


To resolve this problem you need to clear your browser's cookies (or use an alternative browser).  The process for clearing cookies is unique to each browser/operating system.  The following links are for the most common browser/operating systems:
