To Update the Name, Extension, or Email Address on a One Talk Line: 

1) Log into the My Business Site

2) On the page that open scroll down to find the Product Tools box and click on One Talk

3) Scroll down to the Total Lines box and click on View Details

4) Use the left hand window to find the number that you want to update.  Click on the Number

5) Click the Edit button to the right of your screen.

6) A window will pop up.  Edit the information in this window.  Click submit when done.  

 

7) A green banner stating "Successfully Updated" will appear on the screen.
