During troubleshooting it is often helpful to be able to view what information, in the way of packets, that the Intwine Connected Gateway in transferring through the cellular network.  These captures contain information that Intwine engineers need to be able to diagnose several different types of problems.  Follow the steps below to run and download the packet captures so that they can be sent to support@intwineconnect.com.




1. Login to the Local Configuration Webapp (need help?).

2. After you login to the Web App, go to Tools menu (1) and select TCPDUMP (2)



3. Set the Interface to ANY (3).  Then set the Capture Number to 1000 (4).  Then Click on Start Capture (5). 

4. Once the Capture has finished (This may take a few minutes depending on what you have connected to the device) The Download Capture File button will no longer be greyed out. Click this button (6). 




5.  The file will then go into your downloads folder.  Please attached this to an email and send it to support@intwineconnect.com.  In the email please provide the IGUID of the device that the capture was taken from
