Updated 2/23/2024 - As of today, Mozilla Firefox and Opera no longer work out of the box.
To access the local webpage of an ICG-450 please do the following:
1. Download and Install Mozilla Firefox
2. In the URL bar type: about:config and press enter
3. Search for security.
As of today (February 8th, 2024) Microsoft Edge and Google's Chrome are unable to load the HTTPS webpage on the ICG-450 and ICG-550. The page load will typically fail with the ERR_SSL_KEY_USAGE_INCOMPATIBLE error.
Currently both Mozilla's Firefox and Opera still work as expected.
Intwine is actively working with our suppliers to update firmware for all impacted systems to use the latest SSL Keys. Thanks for your patience as we support these new security initiatives.
