Log into Verizon Online Portal
Manage?Product Portal?One Talk
Under the I Want To Section: Click on Manage Features
Go to Schedule
Create New Schedule
Select Holiday From the drop down and Name Schedule
Select Dates for Holiday’s you will be celebrating
(if not going to be off all day, uncheck the all day box and make the start time when you will be closing the office and end time the normal business time you would be leaving.)
Applying Schedule to Auto Receptionist
Go Back to Manage Features
Under Business Features
Select Auto Receptionist
Click on Auto Receptionist Number
Scroll down to Setup Automated Receptionist
Switch from Business Hours to After Hours and Holidays
Select Holiday Schedule from drop down
Submit
Apply Schedule to Main Published Number:
Go Back to Manage Features
Switch to User Features
Select Call Forwarding
Switch to Selective
Find main Published number
Click on the plus sign next to main number
Select the Holiday Schedule you just created and click Submit
