The ICG-550 uses 2 external antenna purchasable from Intwine. The connection of these antennas must be to the correct ports for proper signal and connection to the cellular network.
1. The larger antenna (pictured below) is the 4G/5G antenna. This has 4 cables attached to it. Its cables should be marked red on the cable end.
2. The smaller antenna (pictured below) is the 4G only antenna. This has 2 cables attached to it. Its cables should be marked yellow on the cable end.
3. Follow the below picture (4G/5G antenna to numbers 1-4, and 4G only antenna to 5-6) to verify that the correct antenna goes to the correct place.,
